Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract & Partner Success Administrator, you will be responsible for responding to solicitations, preparing proposals, negotiating & reviewing contracts. This position is also the main point of contact for our partners. Duties include sourcing new partners, managing the onboarding process, & ensuring they meet the high standards set by both our company & our customers.
Duties
- Research & review solicitations using various portals. This includes tracking amendments & scope of work changes.
- Prepare, assemble & submit proposals in coordination with assigned team members.
- Coordinate the execution of contract documents, obtain all necessary approvals & monitor the process to ensure timely completion.
- Establish contract records in company database & ensure the accuracy of contract filing systems containing original contract agreements & amendments.
- Manage & ensure the timely renewal of contracts.
- Source & recruit new service partners to expand our network.
- Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they successfully navigate our extensive screening process.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners to assess their satisfaction & address any concerns.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by our partners to ensure it aligns with our standards & meets customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for partner engagement & success
- Provide feedback & insights to enhance our onboarding process.
Requirements
- Bi-lingual: English & Spanish
- Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate contracts effectively & reach beneficial agreements for the company.
- Must be detail-oriented to spot errors & omissions. This is essential for accurately reviewing & managing contracts.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments & stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently & effectively meet deadlines.
- A high level of integrity & accountability in all aspects of the contract administration & onboarding process.
- Proficient in Outlook, Adobe PDF, & other MS Office applications.
