Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, be proficient in various office tasks and guest services. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and providing excellent support to our staff and guests.
Flexible pay and hours. Must be available for some night and weekend shifts. Approximately 20 hours/week, hours to increase over the summer/track season.
Responsibilities
- Processing future reservations and managing current reservations, booking special events and entire mansion rentals.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize internal reservation systems to manage bookings, correspondence, and documentation. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Collaborate with Innkeeper, Housekeeping Staff, and Property Caretaker
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with Guest Services
Requirements
- Experience in an office environment or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with internal reservations system and Microsoft Office suite
- Background in Customer Service and/or Guest Services is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
