Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling office administration, and offering sales support. You'll be a key part of our operations, helping to ensure a smooth workflow between customers, the sales team, and the overall office. This person will be based in Green Bay but handling products that are made from our Medford location.
Responsibilities :
- Handle general office administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain office organization, file documents, and assist with general office functions.
- Input and manage data, including importing quotes into our system.
- Generate Bill of Lading (BOLs) using RedWood software and coordinate with carriers for pick-ups.
- Provide customers with updates on order status, shipments, delivery dates, and times.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team and office operations.
