Thames Waterside Bar & Grill in Bristol, RI is looking for one expeditor-expo to join our strong team. We are located on 251 Thames St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities
- Order flow: Ensuring that orders are processed smoothly and efficiently.
- Communication: Clearly, and professionally communicating with waitstaff, cooks, and management.
- Quality control: Check dishes for accuracy, presentation, and quality
- Fast paced: Quickly getting food orders from expo window, to waitstaff without sacrificing quality.
- Customer concerns: Professionally communicating with waitstaff on any, and all, questions or concerns guests may have.
- Allergies: Knowing and understanding all menu items to properly inform waitstaff and kitchen staff of any allergies that may be a concern when guests alert a potential allergy.
- Sanitation: Maintain sanitation and quality standards in and around expo area during shift.
- Preparation: Setting up and maintaining an organized and efficient workstation during entirety of shift.
Qualifications
- Excellent reading and communication
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of back of the house and front of the house operations
- 2 years of high-paced restaurant experience
- Understanding of preparation methods
- Food handing certified
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Problem solving
