Your Role :
The Bear Creek School is currently seeking to add a member to our academic leadership team! The Dean of Academics supports the academic programs by ensuring adherence to best practices to create a predictable and supportive student culture. The Dean of Academics oversees these primary areas : the student information system use and practices, new teacher success strategies, department chair oversight to provide curricular vertical and horizontal alignment, and pedagogy training and coaching.
