What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internet Researcher position at The Beneva Group?
The Role:
Data Research & Automation
- Collect and organize targeted research using tools like Clay.ai and LinkedIn
- Utilize AI language models to enhance research capabilities and content development
- Build no-code automation workflows using Make.com or n8n to improve team efficiency
- Create and optimize marketing sequences based on research findings
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Document and maintain automated workflows and research processes
Retained Search & Sourcing Support
- Work with Recruitment and Client Account teams to ensure proper candidate targeting and pipeline.
- Research and provide industry insights
- Actively source talent via search platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo Recruiter.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Ensure all research data is correctly input and updated to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and search project documents.
- Work on an average of 10-15 search projects at one time.
- Responsible for achieving quarterly KPIs as related directly to sourcing talent and market research.
Business Development Support
- Support the Sales Operation Manager and Marketing to develop and maintain business insights for reporting and campaign strategies.
- Provide market data to Marketing Department and Business Developers for presentations.
- Partner with the Business Development team to identify go-to-market focus opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with data collection and organization tools
- Familiarity with AI language models and prompt creation
- Knowledge of no-code automation platforms (Make.com, n8n, or similar)
- Marketing background or understanding preferred
- Required Software: Microsoft Office 365, Google Drive, G-Suite, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo
- Excel/Google Sheets experience (Formulas, VLOOKUP's, PivotTables, Conditional Formatting)
- Bonus Software Experience: CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent), ATS
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
