The Treasury Specialist/Analyst plays a vital role in servicing, managing, and expanding business banking relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and recommending tailored financial solutions.
- Build, maintain, and foster strong relationships with clients through daily interactions, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Provide a seamless onboarding experience for treasury customers, delivering tailored financial solutions with superior customer care.
- Conduct detailed audits of account documentation and annual risk assessments to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Actively monitor customer activity, recommending adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Partner with the Treasury Team and Marketing Officer to develop and execute internal and external campaigns, communications, and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in product demonstrations and sales efforts to showcase the value of treasury management solutions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
