POSITION SUMMARY
The Treasury Specialist plays a key role in building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners by collaborating on product marketing initiatives, sales demonstrations, and campaigns to promote treasury products and services. This position requires a high degree of product knowledge, accuracy, and professionalism to support clients and maintain long-term relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and loyalty through consistent, exceptional service through daily interactions, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Contacts prospective customers in order to develop new cash management business.
- Partner with the Treasury Team and Marketing Officer to develop and execute internal and external campaigns, communications, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensures proper installation of cash management services.
- Assists management in developing new services or modifying existing services.
- Calls on potential or existing customers and introduces customers to other departments when a service can be rendered.
- Represents bank in civic, community and industry activities as required.
- Performs all other job related duties/special projects as assigned.
- Incumbent is required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local banking and industry related laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Incumbent is responsible for organizational integrity and business ethics as it relates to this position, and communicating this commitment to any applicable subordinates.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of banking or related business experience.
HOURS
Full time hours. Branch hours Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM
