- Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques.
- Experience in sales techniques, particularly upselling drinks or specials to enhance guest experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting, especially with kitchen staff.
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is advantageous.
