Overview
We are seeking an HVAC DX Tech for assignment in Atlanta, Georgia. The selected candidate will operate HVAC systems, troubleshooting and performing repairs in an industrial / commercial environment.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
** This is a 2nd Shift position **
** This position has a pay rate of $19 - $24/hr **
** An EPA 608 Certification is highly preferred **
Responsibilities
- Support 90 MDF/IDR (IT and Telecom) rooms and perform preventive maintenance and repair of the systems that control the temperature in these sensitive spaces
- Perform preventive maintenance on direct expansion refrigeration systems as well as four pipe primary and secondary HVAC equipment, including belt and direct driven exhaust fans and fan coil units
- Use standard HVAC testing equipment to identify, troubleshoot, and repair deficiencies
- Troubleshooting, repair and installation of Liebert data room cooling systems
- Use lifts and ladders
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Driver's License
- 1 years’ experience maintaining and operating HVAC and other equipment in an industrial, commercial or manufacturing environment
- Experience with work order management technologies such as Maintenance Connection, Maximo or similar systems
- An EPA 608 Certification is highly preferred
