Overview
We are seeking an HVAC Tech for assignment in Atlanta, Georgia. The selected candidate will operate HVAC systems, troubleshooting and performing repairs in an industrial / commercial environment.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
** This is a 2nd Shift position **
** This position has a pay rate of $19 - $24/hr **
Responsibilities
- Operates standard HVAC testing equipment and uses HVAC tool applicable to repair and maintain HVAC systems
- Monitor asset condition, schedule routine inspections and perform maintenance and minor repairs of air handler units, belt driven exhaust fans, DX split systems and roof top package units
- Proactively identify mechanical issues such as worn bearings, shafts, belts, etc.
- Properly maintain mechanical equipment by cleaning and lubricating to O&M specifications
- Completes work order data entry in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to include describing work tasks and labor hours completed, as well as correctly identifying HVAC and equipment assets and asset locations
- Attends daily safety trainings and follow all safety directives
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Driver's License
- 1 years’ experience maintaining and operating HVAC and other equipment in an industrial, commercial or manufacturing environment
- Experience with work order management technologies such as Maintenance Connection, Maximo or similar systems
Salary : $19 - $24
