Overview
We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech for assignment in East Liberty, Ohio. The selected candidate will perform general maintenance and a variety of other duties relative to facility maintenance.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 10:30pm - 7:00am
** This is a Night Shift Position **
Responsibilities
- Performs preventive maintenance activities on a manufacturing facility; activities may include measurement of wear, replacement of expendables (i.e. belts, hoses, fluids, filters, etc.) and inspection/evaluation of operating characteristics such as speeds, pressures, vacuum or vibration
- Completes repairs including rebuilding of pumps, valves, electrical and pneumatic solenoid devices and air handling equipment
- Completes general building repairs, including repair of walls, doors, floors, etc.
- Completes repairs to plumbing system including fixing leaks and stoppages, repairs or replacement of sinks, piping, valves, drains and toilets
- Repairs and maintains lighting systems throughout the plant and penthouses
- Replaces lighting components, ceiling tiles, and ceiling grid throughout the buildings and offices
- Complete PM and work order activity in CMMS
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Drivers License
- A US Citizen
- 5 years experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience with the following types of equipment: HVAC, air compressors, pumps and plumbing
