Responsibilities
Responsible for the planning and scheduling of work activities
Work with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop work plans, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks
Prepare reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project status
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative support experience preferred
- 2 years of SAP experience
- 3 years of Excel experience, including how to do VLOOKUPS, table arrangements and make charts
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Very detail-oriented and discrete with confidential information
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF and knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite products with knowledge of Document Management Systems
- Able to use critical thinking while working independently in a fast-paced multi-task environment to meet project deadlines
- Strong analystical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required
