As a Legal Marketer, you will play a vital role in driving our firm's marketing efforts and enhancing client engagement. While personal injury experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement for this position. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with our clients' needs. By leveraging your experience working with clients, you will contribute to the growth of our firm while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and value.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the Florida market, with a focus on promoting our legal services and expanding our client base.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and growth opportunities within the legal field.
- Create compelling marketing content that effectively communicates our legal expertise and value proposition to clients, utilizing various channels such as website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
- Implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction, such as client feedback programs, referral initiatives, and personalized communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including attorneys and support staff, to gather insights and create marketing materials that effectively showcase our legal services and align with client needs.
- Utilize digital marketing platforms, including social media, online advertising, and email marketing, to reach and engage with potential clients.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in legal marketing, particularly in the context of client-focused initiatives and personal injury cases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in legal marketing, with a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the legal industry and familiarity with personal injury cases is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive marketing content tailored to different audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, content management systems, and email marketing software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Client-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Florida market and local legal landscape is highly desirable.
Must be diligent and positive workers, able to work in a team atmosphere, positive, self-starter and eager to learn and advance. Pay is commensurate with experience with bonus opportunities. Insurance Benefits after 90 day probationary period.
Personal Injury experience preferred but not required.
MUST be bilingual; Spanish preferred
