Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up and break down catering events, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events.
• Assist in menu planning and food selection based on client preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
• Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by events.
