Who we are looking for.
As a Manager at one of our retail locations, you will be expected to showcase the best of BFLO in both customer relations and employee satisfaction. Duties include merchandising product, maintaining the general appearance & operation of the store, training staff, managing inventory, controlling loss prevention, maintaining a clean & orderly backroom, and of course providing incredible customer service! All of this is expected while effectively running a productive store and creating a fun, safe, and positive working environment for employees.
In general, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Thorough understanding of general retail trends, seasons, and Buffalo culture.
- Strong technology and organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- 5 years of previous experience managing a retail store, including customer experience and employee management.
- Flexible availability.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs, and stand/walk for prolonged periods of time during shifts.
- Preferred candidates will have a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other relevant field.
