Biondo Investment Advisors is hiring a full-time Receptionist / Administrative Associate for their Milford, PA location.
Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
- Answering phones / processing incoming calls
- Welcoming visitors
- Processing mail / shipments
- Perform Mail Merges
- Maintaining multiple Outlook calendars
- General Office upkeep
Three to five years of administrative experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Excellent phone manners and communication skills a must. QuickBooks and PA Notary a plus.
