Key Responsibilities
- Offer high-level hospitality services to all individuals interacting with The Blake
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front porch areas
- Participate in activities and events, leading weekend/evening programs when needed
- Perform various administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- A caring heart and willingness to serve others
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of general office experience, including reception duties
- Experience working with older adults (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
