Job Description: Walk With Me Coordinator
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Walk With Me Coordinator to join our team at The Blake. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing the Memory Care Activity Calendar
- Collaborating with the Director of Memory Care on activities and entertainment
- Ensuring residents have opportunities to exercise daily
- Implementing the Walk With Me Program for new residents
The ideal candidate will possess a caring heart, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with geriatric populations, including those with Alzheimer's dementia. You should be able to adapt to changing behaviors and priorities, while also being flexible with your schedule, including holidays and weekends.
