As a Geriatric Wellness Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing our memory care program, which includes:
- Developing and implementing personalized activity plans
- Leading group activities and exercises
- Providing one-on-one support and companionship
- Collaborating with the Director of Memory Care on program development
