Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area throughout service.
- Support bartending staff when necessary, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
