The Blindman is hiring!
We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented, dependable individual who can work well in a team.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering and routing phone calls
Build and comfirm schedules throught calls and text messaging
Process and track repairs
Help customers with questions on products and services
Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication, customer service skills, and work ethic
Customer service experience
Dependable
SKILLS:
Excellent organizational skills
Problem-solving skills
Team player
Hours will be 9-5 M-F one to two Saturday's a month between 10-2pm
