Sr Business Office Manager/ Regional Support responsible for overseeing and providing Regional Support
Oversight of AR for the region assigned.
- Oversight of resident files, statements and accounts.
- Train local business office managers and EDs on BOM procedures and task.
- Cover task for any facility during vacancies or vacations.
- Address resident concerns in regards to bills and accounts.
- Address and review with Regional Manager regarding any BOM concerns from Administrator.
- Weekly visit
- Complete exit reviews , and exit report to Admin, BOM and Regional Manager after each facility visit.
- Complete In-house AR reviews, and Sr. BOM AR report once visits is complete.
- Consolidate and reconcile monthly census results once BOM has confirm the facility MEC has closed.
- Complete quarterly BOM audits .
- Willingness to travel within the region and occasion other regions for meetings and training.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in PCC and RFMS.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a positive work culture.
Job requires 95% travel.
4 or more years LTC experience
