Field Superintendent – Residential Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling

We’re seeking experienced professionals to manage residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and looking for significant bonus opportunities, this role is for you!

What We Offer

  • Compensation :

Base salary : $60,000–$80,000 (DOE)

  • Performance-based bonuses (no cap, potential to exceed $100,000 )

    • Responsibilities

  • Oversee residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
  • Create exceptional client experiences, aiming for 5-Star Google Reviews.
  • Manage materials, logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Communicate project timelines and updates to clients and teams.
  • Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and gross profit margins.
  • Inspect completed projects and provide feedback to leadership.
  • Recruit and manage installation teams.

    • Requirements

  • Experience as a Field Superintendent in residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
  • Available for full-time work (Monday-Friday), with occasional late hours or weekends.
  • Three references from previous supervisors.
