We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to join our team, help us scale, and establish our brand as a leader in the industry.
Requirements:
- At least 7-10 years of HVAC experience, strong residential experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, operations, and industry best practices
- Proven ability to manage a budget, analyze financial reports, and drive business growth
- Ability to handle customer relations
- Proficiency in Service Titan is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations with the ability to wear multiple hats
- Manage, train, and develop a team of HVAC technicians and support staff.
- Implement and manage staff in doing things the One Hour franchise way
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and employment laws
- Must understand how to read a balance sheet, income statement, and manage cashflow
- Set revenue targets and develop strategies for business growth
- Oversee pricing strategies and cost estimates for services and contracts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through online reviews
- Recruit, train, retain and mentor HVAC technicians and support staff
- Conduct performance reviews with all staff by setting KPIs and setting clear goals/expectations
- Schedule trainings for staff both through the programs offered through the franchise and externally
Salary : $105,000 - $125,000
