We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts, drive customer acquisition, and optimize our online presence.
Job Overview :
As a Performance Marketing Specialist , you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies across various digital channels, including social media, search, display, and affiliate marketing. You will analyze data to maximize ROI, scale campaigns efficiently, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of managing performance-based campaigns.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Implement A / B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and compliance regulations in the cannabis and e-commerce space.
Develop and monitor KPIs to measure and report marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and affiliate partners to expand brand reach and customer base.
Qualifications :
3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce company.
Strong expertise in managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Deep understanding of digital advertising metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) and experience optimizing for them.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Knowledge of the cannabis industry, including advertising restrictions and compliance, is a plus.
