Performance Marketing Manager – E-Commerce
Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for optimizing campaigns and driving online sales? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and help scale our cannabis e-commerce business.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including Meta Ads, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize conversions, improve ROI, and refine audience targeting.
- Work closely with creative teams to craft engaging ad content that resonates with our target audience.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor strategies to implement best practices.
- Manage relationships with agencies and external partners to ensure campaign success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in performance marketing and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel for campaign tracking and reporting.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with creative and development teams.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, Contract
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts
- Location: In-person in Wynwood, Miami, FL
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
