Our client an investment bank located in Midtown, NYC is in search of an experienced
Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team on a long-term 12 month contract
assignment.
Scope of Position:
Provide administrative support - expenses in Concur, calendar management, meeting/event
planning, travel arrangements, preparing and printing documents, conference room booking,
etc.
Requirements:
• 3 years of expense management in Concur • 5 years of calendar management in Outlook
•5 years of experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant in a corporate setting,
preferably in banking.
Salary : $50 - $55
