Responsible for contributing to the overall guest experience. Provide exceptional hospitality to members and guests through check-in process, maintaining pool deck cleanliness and guest engagement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


  1. Arrange pool furniture according to plan at top of shift.
  2. Clean pool furniture as needed.
  3. Assist Deep End staff with poolside food delivery service and clearing tables.
  4. Offer trays of cold water to all guests hourly.
  5. Ensure chairs are cleared of towels as guests depart pool area.
  6. Help cover all special events, including holidays.
  7. Maintain Forbes Travel Guide and 4 Diamond Service Expectations at all times.
