We are seeking a dedicated Logistics and Parts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parts inventory, procurement, and ensuring timely delivery to support our operations without delays. Understanding of JIT inventory is critical to our success.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Design, implement and utilize an order and inventory management system to track and manage parts inventory for optimal business support
- Procure parts efficiently while considering supply chain and logistics requirements
- Support and retain vendor relationships through professional interactions
- Collaborate with suppliers and leadership to verify successful pricing and terms negotiations
- Conduct demand planning to ensure adequate stock levels
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update inventory records
