What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at The Boldt Company?
As an Executive Assistant, you will work in partnership with your assigned senior leadership member(s) to ensure that the duties of the executive are executed in an efficient and professional manner. The Executive Assistant will collaborate with all levels of the organization as well as external partners, to ensure a well-informed and efficient approach to tasks all while aligning with the strategic direction of the organization.

What you get to do:
- In alignment with executive’s priorities, manage the executive’s calendar which is to include scheduling and confirming meeting dates, appointments, events, and other functions, both personally and professionally, attended by the executive. This includes securing meeting rooms, facilities, and other supporting infrastructure as necessary.
- Assist the executive in prioritizing connections with people, both internal and external, to maintain and promote a people first culture.
- Serve as communications liaison for internal and external partners to ensure correspondence and actions are handled optimally.
- Develop internal and external communication materials in coordination with and on behalf of the executive, including but not limited to presentations, correspondence and meeting minutes.
- Arrange travel, including preparation of itineraries and hotel and vehicle reservations.
- Oversee event planning, including event agendas, catering, hotel reservations, RSVP’s, and other relevant duties.
- Process a wide range of highly confidential documents both company and personal. Set up and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Control the use of the executive’s signature on all legal and other documents as is directed by the executive.

What we expect from you:
- Associate’s Degree in relevant field of study required.
- At least seven years of executive assistant experience required.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft O365, PDF editing software (Adobe, Bluebeam) DocuSign and/or other related software.
- A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with individuals inside and outside the company.
- A valid driver’s license may be required. I
Physical requirements and working conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The ability to optimally communicate is required. The employee may occasionally move up to 15 pounds.
The working conditions of this position requires the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $74,210 - $95,050 per year. This range represents what The Boldt Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to: candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, alignment with market data and internal equity as well as other business and organizational needs. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work at our Wixom, MI office. If the incumbent works out of a different location, the anticipated salary range is subject to change.
