We are seeking a Director of Operations to enhance operational efficiency and strategic growth. The Director of Operations will oversee Installation and Service Managers, monitor performance metrics, and align operations with company goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight.
Schedule is full time onsite in Carrollton
Salary: $140K - $170K 20% bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and provide strategic direction to Installation and Service Managers.
- Develop and optimize policies to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor key performance metrics and ensure timely, cost-effective project completion.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and technical teams.
- Address operational issues and implement performance-enhancing strategies.
- Drive a customer-first culture and improve service excellence.
