About the Role:
As the FP&A Manager, you’ll be a key financial leader and strategic partner, driving decision-making and business growth. In this newly created role, you’ll shape budgets, forecasts, and economic models while delivering critical insights to the CFO and leadership team. Your expertise will fuel profitability, efficiency, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Deliver impactful financial reports and dashboards.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Partner with leadership on financial strategy and business cases.
- Enhance reporting processes and financial planning tools.
- Potentially mentor financial staff.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4 years in FP&A or financial reporting.
- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to simplify complex data for decision-makers.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial tools.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
