We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Forward Planning to join our dynamic team in a growing residential construction company. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on forward planning and project scheduling. This role will involve overseeing the pre-construction phase, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are in place, and developing detailed schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
This is a fully on-site / in-office position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for residential construction projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Track and manage project milestones, ensuring projects remain on time and within budget.
- Anticipate potential risks and proactively identify solutions to prevent delays.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are acquired.
- Provide clear and regular updates to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the preparation of tender submissions and project documentation.
