Forward Planner Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Forward Planning to join our dynamic team in a growing residential construction company. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on forward planning and project scheduling. This role will involve overseeing the pre-construction phase, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are in place, and developing detailed schedules to ensure timely project delivery.

This is a fully on-site / in-office position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for residential construction projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Track and manage project milestones, ensuring projects remain on time and within budget.
• Anticipate potential risks and proactively identify solutions to prevent delays.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are acquired.
• Provide clear and regular updates to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the preparation of tender submissions and project documentation.
