Key Responsibilities :
- Pre-Sales Support :
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, identify opportunities, and assist in crafting customized solutions.
- Technical Presentations & Demos :
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demos, and proof of concept (POC) demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Solution Design :
- Work with customers to understand their technical needs and design solutions that fit those requirements.
- Proposal & Quote Generation :
- Develop and present detailed technical proposals, including cost estimations and system architecture design.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Product Knowledge :
- Stay up-to-date with product offerings, market trends, and competitor solutions to provide accurate information and relevant suggestions to clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with product development, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.
- Technical Support :
- Provide post-sale technical support as needed, troubleshooting issues and helping customers implement solutions effectively.
- Sales Enablement :
- Train sales teams on product specifications, features, and competitive differentiators to help them communicate technical benefits effectively. Qualifications :
- Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience :
- 0-1 year of experience
- Technical Skills :
- Strong understanding of [industry-specific technologies, e.g., software systems, hardware products, cloud solutions, etc.]. Experience with solution design, system integration, and technical troubleshooting is a plus.
- Sales Skills :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
