Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Maintain and update computerized records and databases
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Greet visitors and provide assistance at the front desk
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Support office staff in daily tasks
- Adding and sorting Receipts
Skills
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with office procedures and basic clerical duties
- Knowledge of medical office operations is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience in Quickbooks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
