Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales of our bookkeeping, financial reporting, and CFO services. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and identify key opportunities within various industries. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in need of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and CFO services. Proactively reach out to businesses through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Client Consultations: Conduct meetings and consultations with prospective clients to understand their business needs, pain points, and financial challenges, tailoring solutions to their requirements.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of our services, demonstrating how our offerings can add value to clients' businesses.
- Proposal Generation: Create and deliver customized proposals, pricing structures, and contracts based on client needs and requirements.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Report progress to management regularly.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services, accounting, or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and CFO services is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple prospects and sales cycles simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for helping businesses optimize their financial operations and achieve growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
