Responsibilities
- Become an expert and leverage Brivity Technology and Brivity Marketer to drive production and efficiencies for our real estate agents.
- Create and maintain company status reports and tracking.
- Build, implement and maintain all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management and marketing.
- Be responsible for all team financial systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, the budget and profit and loss statement.
- Oversee all contracts through closing and listing launch.
- Create and maintain the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
- Responsible for hiring, training and coaching members of the operations team.

- 5 years’ real estate operations experience preferred
