The Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician to play a pivotal role in our company's promise of speed, quality and customer excellence. As an essential member of our team, you will meticulously assess and repair vehicles to restore them to their pre-accident condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan by adhering to high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and prepare repair work estimates for customers, utilizing tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.
- Hammmer out dents and dimples, or mix and apply filler resins when necessary, to achieve flawless vehicle finishes.
- Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage, ensuring optimal safety and performance.
- Remove damaged sections and replace with new or aftermarket parts, maintaining consistency with factory specifications.
- Repair or replace glass and windshields as needed, guaranteeing unobstructed visibility and safety.
- Replace or repair interior parts, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience.
- Weld and attach parts into place, and prepare vehicles for repainting with factory-specified paint, meeting exacting quality standards.
- Complete work orders within labor time guidelines, inspecting vehicles after repair to ensure meticulous attention to detail.
