Auto Body Technician - Restore Vehicles to Their Former Glory
We seek an experienced technician to join our team and play a vital role in restoring vehicles to their original condition. As an Auto Body Technician, your primary goal is to deliver top-notch results while providing excellent customer service.
Key Accountabilities:
- Foster a culture of excellence by adhering to company standards.
- Determine repair requirements, generate detailed estimates for clients, and operate sophisticated equipment to repair vehicle sections.
- Predictable tasks involve dent removal using hammernutting techniques, filling small dents with resin, and realigning damaged chassis.
- Correctly replace or repair damaged vehicle components, including glass and windshields, and update interior elements as needed.
- Carefully review completed work to guarantee conformance to established standards and productivity benchmarks.
- Complete any additional tasks delegated by management.
Necessary Skills and Training:
- Successful completion of high school or equivalent required.
- Tech school graduation or 3-year apprenticeship in automotive repair mandatory.
