About the Role
We're seeking an Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers, and communicating with insurance companies throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure every customer interaction is documented and updated efficiently and accurately.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics.
- Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
- Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
Requirements
- Awareness of where to look for answers.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.
- Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
- Valid Driver's License.
