We are seeking a Senior IT Field Service Program Manager to lead complex service delivery projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in field operations, project management, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence in service deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end field service projects and break-fix, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple field service engagements.
- Implement best practices in risk management, quality assurance, and service optimization.
Cross-Functional Coordination

Qualifications & Experience
Compensation Details :
110,000 - $140,000 / Year
Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
Supplemental Pay :
