Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at The BR Companies. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for guests and employees alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct visitors to the correct offices
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and employees
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and polite manner
  • Manage office inventory supplies, snacks, and coffee
  • Place orders for office supplies, snacks, and coffee
  • Confirm paper and ink/toner levels in community printers and place orders upon approval
  • Support HR in administrative reports (PTO, Health Benefits, Employee Training Census)
  • Coordinate office maintenance requests (Aramark, printers)
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchens and meeting rooms
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager
