Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at The BR Companies. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for guests and employees alike.
Responsibilities:
- Direct visitors to the correct offices
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and employees
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and polite manner
- Manage office inventory supplies, snacks, and coffee
- Place orders for office supplies, snacks, and coffee
- Confirm paper and ink/toner levels in community printers and place orders upon approval
- Support HR in administrative reports (PTO, Health Benefits, Employee Training Census)
- Coordinate office maintenance requests (Aramark, printers)
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchens and meeting rooms
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager
