What you'll do as a Strategist:
- Research & Insights: Analyze audience behaviors, market trends, and competitive landscapes to uncover key insights.
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and differentiation strategies.
- Creative Strategy & Marketing Collaboration: Brief and work closely with creative teams to inspire storytelling and campaign execution.
- New Business & Client Growth: Support pitch teams with research, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of cultural and industry shifts that impact branding and marketing strategies.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- 5 years of experience in strategy, brand planning, or marketing within an agency or brand-side environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- A knack for translating research into compelling brand positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills-you can persuade and inspire.
