This contractor specializes in a range of construction services, including commercial, K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, Public Safety, and Senior Living. This GC is known for its commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, and has a team of experienced professionals who work closely with clients to deliver successful projects.
We are looking to hire a K-12 Senior Project Manager and Project Manager with experience building schools and successfully working w / various school districts in the Austin region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the daily construction activities on the project site
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Review and understand project plans and specifications to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with these documents
- Monitor project budgets and schedule to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that all project requirements are met
- Maintain a safe and organized work site
