- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate travel arrangements as needed.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings for recruiting team's review.
- Assist in sourcing top talent for all areas of the organization.
- Provide support for various areas of the recruiting process, including job postings and candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in project-based recruiting initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in recruiting, coordination, or administrative experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Possess a positive attitude and display good judgment.
