Job Overview:
We are looking for a part-time Head Host as we are entering into patio season! As a Head Host you will be trained to seat our guests in a welcoming manner. Here at The Breakfast Club and many other restaurants, the host is the first interaction with our guests. With every guest interaction it always needs to be positive and friendly! It is always sunny here at The Breakfast Club!
Responsibilities:
-Greeting our guests
-Answer phone calls to help guests and take reservations
-Take control over the TOAST wait list app
-Side work
-Problem solving (ex:moving tables to accommodate big reservations)

-Weekends required
-Teamwork with fellow coworkers to succeed guest satisfaction

Required
-Must be 16 to apply
-Experience in customer service is preferred
