Position Overview
The Event Sales Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for driving revenue by promoting and selling our wedding and event packages. This role also includes assisting in the venue's marketing efforts to enhance visibility, generate leads, and elevate our brand in the competitive wedding and event industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads and respond to inquiries from prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct site tours, showcasing the venue and packages.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals.
- Develop and present tailored proposals to clients based on their needs.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Represent the venue at industry events, bridal shows, and networking functions.
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new business, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Provide content ideas and updates for social media platforms and website.
Qualifications
- 5 Years of Proven experience in sales
- 5 Years in the wedding, event, or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of the wedding/event planning process.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed for client meetings and events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
