We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by regularly cleaning tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
- Assist servers by bussing tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a clean dining environment for incoming patrons.
- Help with food preparation as needed, including assisting in the kitchen with basic tasks.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Participate in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
